All prices stated here are the base prices per character and are for personal use only.

Prices can be raised depending on character and background complexity.

Please read my Terms of Service before requesting a commission.

To request a commission you can fill out the Commission Form or request it via VGen.

For usages in streams/promotions, there will be an additional charge of 50% of the final price.

For commercial use (merchandise, ads, print, etc.) you will need to pay an extra 100% of the final price.

I reserve the right to decline your order if I'm uncomfortable with it.

I retain all rights to the finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process, including self-promotion, display on public sites & portfolio as commission samples.

Commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only: gift, wallpaper, etc., and use on social media with credit to the artist (@evoixic).

Do not use the preliminary materials (sketch, color draft, etc.) I provide for any other purpose besides commissioning me and your personal use.

Do not trace, edit, resell, or make a profit from the commission.

Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI image generators, and future inventions of these technologies.

FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT.

Payment Plan is optional for commission above 200 USD: 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

The accepted currency is USD and payment can only be made via PayPal. Or you can order directly from VGen!

Once the commission is accepted, I will send you the PayPal invoice to process the payment. All invoices are due within 7 days unless there are other agreements. Invoices past the due date will be canceled along with the commission associated with it.

Commission paid earlier will be prioritized in the Commission List.

Strictly no refund once I've started working on the sketch or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.

If for any reason, I cannot start the commission, you will receive a full refund.

A full refund can be requested before I start working on the commission. Full refund = The net amount I received after the transaction fee deduction.

When a Payment Plan is applied, it is possible to cancel at delivery of the sketch, the 50% upfront payment will not be refunded.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself. Do not file chargebacks under any circumstances. Please always contact me first to resolve any issue.

The process is divided into 3 stages: sketch → line art → shading. During each stage, you will see work-in-progress, these images will usually be screenshots.

The time it takes to finish the commission varies from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on factors such as the complexity of the commissioned piece, health, other work, and con seasons.

The finished artwork will be delivered via email in .png image format. The file will be of the highest resolution (300 dpi).

I can make the necessary revisions in the sketch stage, but a maximum of 2 revisions in the lineart and color stage. If further revisions are needed an agreement can be reached, feel free to ask!

If you wish me to change something in the stage you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee—unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.

Free revisions and minor changes are limited to what was agreed upon in the Commission Form. Major revisions that require redrawing will cost an additional fee.

Humanoid characters, fanarts, OCs, furry, characters with animal ears, tails, fangs, wings, etc.

NSFW (nudity, sexual content): Feel free to describe the idea in text, I will ask for references if needed. Please do not send explicit images without warning.

Light gore (blood, body horror, wound, ...): Same as NSFW.

Celebs, realism, elderly, infant, complex furry, big creatures, extreme gore or violence.

Complex mecha designs (robots, big vehicles, etc), heavy armor.
